Eric Bos Waaldijk is one of the founders of Dialogue. During his law studies, he found his way into the art and antiques trade, going on to work for years at a renowned antiques dealer and for TEFAF Maastricht. In 1999, he co-founded and became co-owner of an international online auction platform. Around 25 years ago, Eric became fascinated by vintage photography in the broadest sense of the word: unusual, bizarre, extraordinary, historical, and strikingly beautiful photographs — mirrors of an era that feels at once close by and far away. Today he is a collector and dealer of vintage photography himself, with an eclectic taste.

Roos Schouw is the publisher and editor-in-chief of the Dutch camera and photo magazine Focus, founded in 1914 and one of the oldest, still existing photo magazines in the world. She serves as editor and publisher of the Dialogue Magazine. She has a great passion for photography and enjoys working with others on wonderful projects.

Daniel Heikens is a social-documentary photographer based in The Hague, where he graduated from the Royal Academy of Art in 2007. His work explores communities often overlooked, most notably in De Matlas, his tribute to the iconic "Haagse mat" haircut, now recognized as intangible cultural heritage. He teaches at The Hague's Fotomuseum and runs photography workshops for young people, including in youth detention centers, while holding deep expertise in 19th- and 20th-century photographic techniques.

Sebas de Voogd is political advisor for the City of Amsterdam, and parttime photographer and vintage photography-collector. He has worked as a photographer in auction houses, where his love for the unusual details in pre-1990's art was formed. He is the youngest member of the Dialogue Team, and hopes to inspire younger audiences to connect through vintage photography - among other places through his Instagram-account @devoogdfoto.

Wouter Lambrechts is a lecturer in the history of photography and a supervisor in the darkroom at the Sint Lucas University College in Antwerp. In addition to his work in education, he is the driving force behind Bazar Nadar, an online photo gallery specializing in vernacular photography, always on the lookout for surprising and aesthetic vintage photos with a captivating story.
