The stichting 1000fotos aims to preserve a representative selection of the photographic work from as many professional photographers as possible in digital form. The stichting aspires to collect a broad range of photographs: from product to wedding photography and whatever else has been and is being shot by professional photographers.
In addition to the photos, a brief biography is also included.
In this way, we hope to preserve a broader range of photographs than is stored in archives where there is a limit to the original analog material that can be stored.
