Mautits Vroom (Bubb Kuyper)

Since completing his Art History studies, Maurits Vroom has been working at the auction house Bubb Kuyper in Haarlem. Although his studies were mainly centred on the applied arts, in the past 15 years Maurits has focused on various fields of collecting, including photography. In historical photography especially, the subject of a photograph is important and Maurits tries to find interesting angles for collectors and other potential buyers.
Auction house Bubb Kuyper was originally a book auction, but soon expanded in other related areas, such as the graphic arts and photography. Smaller and larger collections are regularly offered that consist purely of photography, but interesting albums and individual photos are also often found in collections of books or art.
