Tamara Berghmans is responsible for (re)interpreting the collection at FOMU, the museum of photography in Antwerp. She does not do this alone. On behalf of the museum, Berghmans commissions photographers and artists to present a new perspective. Her invitees are given unprecedented access to a broad palette of historical and contemporary photography from the museum’s depot, distilling a story.
